The owners of this apartment wanted a renovation that respects the spirit of the building. Hand-made wallpaper from Zuber, with a golden effect, was applied and gave a real personality to the reception rooms. The main bathroom was entirely refurbished in an Art-Deco style with nice Bisazza mosaic colors and custom-made furniture. The fixtures have been also carefully chosen. A Bang & Olufsen system has been integrated all over the apartment and the cables have been hidden inside specially made skirting boards.

COLLECTION OF AN EXCLUSIVE LINE OF OLD_STYLE FURNITURE REVISITED

Created for the Maison&Object fair of January 2008 for a company called AG*R Universe creator, this collection of furniture was born from collaboration of Anne LECOURT SOUFFLET and Xavier MANERA. Graduated in 1987 from the Superior School of Modern Art (Paris) and from CAMONDO in 1992, with the honors of the jury, Xavier has worked for renowned Paris agencies as Design Architectural, Architral and Clé Millet – Quart de Poil; in 2000, he set up the Househam Henderson Architects French agency of the international group WBL; renamed end of 2017 HYPHEN, for almost twenty years, Xavier has managed the office as France Director.

Anne and Xavier met when working for Architral, at the time directed by Gérard Barrau, a famous Architect, where they both acquired rigor and requirements, key words of the agency dedicated to Retail.
